About Me
I have been working as a photographer for about 19 years, based in London, U.K. I am particularly interested in documentary photography and in the urban landscape of London in particular. London fascinates me as a city, in its vastness and in its diverse population. As a chronicler of this great city, I hope my photos have something to say about life in these times.
I work both as a freelance specialising in reportage, editorial and corporate photography and also at Goldsmiths University in London where I teach part time. I am also the photographer for the Constance Howard Resource and Research Centre in Textiles at Goldsmiths
About the Photographs
All of the 'Series' photographs are essentially works in progress, and the images will be updated on a regular basis as and when new images have been shot and edited. I will also periodically resequence the images to accomodate the newer material.
I hope to have a dedicated site for the 'Rivers of Babylon' series in the near future which will have photographs of each river available to view.
On a technical note, all of the 'Series' images are digital in origin and have been shot using, at one time or another, Canon Eos 1DS Mk1 and Mk3, Eos 10D, 20D,and 40D cameras. Lenses are Canon and are usually 24-70mm 2.8L EF,
70-200mm 2.8L IS EF and
10-22mm EFS, 28-105mm EF, and 70-300mm IS EF lenses.
